The core operational process is as follows: materials are fed into the mixing drum by a lifting device; during forward rotation, internal helical mixing blades continuously scoop up, tumble, and drop the fertilizer granules, achieving comprehensive mixing; during reverse rotation, the machine automatically discharges the material, completing a production cycle.
Frame assembly: Constructed from welded high-quality carbon steel plates and channel steel to ensure stable equipment operation;
Drum assembly: The inner wall is equipped with helical mixing blades that ensure uniform material blending through a tumbling and turning action, effectively preventing segregation caused by differences in material specific gravity and particle size;
Drive and feeding assembly: An electric motor drives the drum via a speed reducer; the guide rails for the skip-hoist feeding mechanism are made of channel steel, ensuring smooth operation and resolving common issues such as difficult loading and hopper misalignment.
