1. The groove plate adopts a double arc plate, effectively preventing material leakage.

2. The traction chain adopts a structure that separates load-bearing and traction, improving the impact load capacity of the plate feeder.

3. The tail tensioning device is equipped with a disc spring, which can reduce the impact load of the chain and improve the service life of the chain.

8. The sprocket of the head device is cut into three lobes, and the teeth can be replaced without disassembling the chain plate, making it easy to maintain.
