The screening and recovery system is an important step in the fertilizer manufacturing process. There is a certain difference in the particle size of organic fertilizer manufacturing machine output, which needs to be screened and graded. The drum screen has the advantages of small vibration, low noise, convenient screen replacement and screen cleaning device. It is suggested that an automatic feeding system should be equipped to screen out the unqualified granular materials. These materials will be transported out through the conveyor, crushed again and sent to the roller granulator for further granulation, which will help to improve the continuous operation capacity of the granulator.
Preparation for start-up of particle screener machine
1. After all parts of the drum screen are installed and checked to be qualified, the test run can be carried out. Before the commissioning, check the components in detail for correct installation according to the drawings and the fasteners are reliable;
2. By manually rotating the screening cylinder, observe whether the drum screen is stuck or not, and adjust it by adjusting the bolt if there is;
3. Check that each bearing seat and gearbox should be well lubricated, and the gearbox oil level should be appropriate;
4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, with good insulation and correct grounding.
