Organic fertilizer production first needs compost fermentation. Generally, after two days of raw material accumulation, the temperature rises to 50-60 degrees ℃, and reaches 65 degrees ℃ above on the third day. When the temperature is turned over once at this high temperature, there will usually be two high temperatures above 65 degrees ℃ in the fermentation process, and two turnovers can complete the fermentation. The material was dark brown and the temperature began to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation was completed. Fermented compost enters the organic fertilizer production line through loader feeding hopper.

The organic fertilizer granulator is used for making granulation of organic matter after fermentation, no need to dry and crush the raw materials before granulation. It can direct burdening to work out cylindrical grain, and save a lot of energy.

Dryer machine is mainly used to produce fertilizer with a certain temperature and granularity in the new type organic fertilizer production line. The heat source of the drum dryer comes from the combustion device and adopts the downstream heating mode. Material in the machine is repeatedly copied by the board, and then continuously spread down, fully exchanged with the hot air flow in the cylinder, the moisture content is gradually dried, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.

The cooler helps to store the heat particulate matter from the top of the dryer to the counter-flow cooler. Under the action of the cooling fan, the dry air enters from the lower part of the cooler and exchanges sufficiently with the wet and hot particles from the upper tribe and the lower tribe, reduce the granulation temperature of fertilizer. It's important machinery in the organic fertilizer production line.

This machine screens the unqualified large and small particulate materials, conveys them through belt hoist, re-crushes them and sends them to the granulator to continue granulating, which is helpful to improve the continuous operation ability of the production line.
