The workshop at Huaqiang Heavy Industry has been a hive of activity recently as a complete, customized double-roller extrusion granulation production line underwent final inspection and packing before being systematically loaded into containers for shipment to a project site in Malaysia. Workers methodically secured, wrapped, and reinforced the equipment; every main unit, frame, and motor component was fully encased in stretch wrap to prevent moisture damage or impact during the sea voyage, ensuring the machinery arrived in perfect condition.

Tailor-made for a Malaysian client, this production line utilizes a dry, ambient-temperature extrusion process that eliminates the need for drying stages—making it ideal for Southeast Asia's hot and humid climate. Capable of processing various raw materials for compound and organic fertilizers, the system boasts high granule formation rates and low energy consumption. The line encompasses the entire production workflow—including automatic batching, mixing, double roller extrusion granulation, screening, and finished product packaging—enabling automated fertilizer production that meets local market demands.
Every stage of the process—from blueprint design and manufacturing to factory testing and container loading—was subject to rigorous quality control. Before shipment, the equipment underwent multiple no-load and material-load tests to eliminate potential faults and simplify on-site installation and commissioning abroad. This shipment marks another significant milestone in Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s ongoing expansion into the Southeast Asian fertilizer equipment market. Moving forward, the technical team will provide guidance on overseas installation and commissioning to help the client commence production quickly and boost the quality and efficiency of Malaysia's fertilizer industry.
