The technical team from Huaqiang Heavy Industry has completed the on-site installation and commissioning of a roller extrusion granulation production line for a local client in Yong Peng, Johor, Malaysia. Housed within a steel-structure facility in the Yong Peng Industrial Park, the line features a compact layout and streamlined workflow, marking another landmark delivery for Huaqiang Heavy Industry in the Southeast Asian market.

Centered around a double roller extrusion granulator, the production line integrates an automatic batching system, a horizontal ribbon mixer, and a vertical disc mixer at the front end, while connecting to a cooler, a drum screener machine, and a granule fertilizer packaging machine at the rear. Multiple belt conveyors seamlessly link the various stages, creating a complete closed-loop process that encompasses precise batching, two-stage mixing, extrusion granulation, cooling and shaping, and finally, screening and packaging. On-site photos reveal the equipment’s signature light-green finish, with drive components highlighted by red safety guards and yellow safety markings, presenting a professional and orderly appearance.
As a key agricultural nation in Southeast Asia, Malaysia sees a steadily growing demand for compound and organic fertilizers to support industries such as palm oil, rubber, and rice cultivation.
