How to handle agglomeration in organic fertilizers produced by small-scale organic fertilizer production lines? As is well known, the longer the production time of organic fertilizers, the easier their caking is, while the shorter the caking of organic fertilizers, the fewer the caking. To avoid agglomeration, it is recommended to pay attention to the following points during the production process of small organic fertilizer production lines:

1. Reasonable selection of raw materials

Choose non caking raw materials as our raw materials, such as trace element foliar fertilizers, using iron, copper, manganese, zinc, sulfate and boric acid, ammonium molybdate as raw materials, and magnesium sulfate as the main ingredient. The main raw materials are relatively dry. When the air is not too humid, the fertilizer produced will not clump. Fertilizers using humic acid as the main raw material and amino acids as the main raw material are not prone to clumping. In addition, please choose materials that are as dry as possible.

2. Choosing the appropriate production time for small-scale organic fertilizer production lines

Due to the fact that most of China is located in the northern temperate zone, the rainy season is concentrated in June, July, and August, and this period is also relatively high. Therefore, fertilizers are produced in spring, late autumn, and winter. The possibility of clumping is also low. This is because the air humidity is low and the temperature is not high, which is not conducive to agglomeration.

3. Add some anti caking agents that are not prone to caking

For example, talc powder, humic acid, and other powders. They broke the bridge in the middle. You can also add some surfactants to prevent agglomeration.

4. Reasonable packaging should be used to prevent squeezing

Packaging materials are mainly used to prevent moisture absorption and ventilation. To prevent excessive squeezing during transportation and storage, it can also effectively prevent agglomeration issues.
