Problems in compost fermentation
The fermentation process of high-quality organic fertilizer generally takes 15-45 days, because in the early stage of composting and high temperature stage, it will kill the pathogenic bacteria, insect eggs, weed seeds and other harmful microorganisms. In the early stage of fermentation, it is necessary to combine with the windrow turner machine to process the fermentation. In this process, the main role of microorganisms is metabolism and reproduction, and only a small amount of metabolites are produced, and these metabolites are not stable and easy to be absorbed by plants.
In the later cooling stage, the microorganism will humify the organic matter and produce a large number of metabolites beneficial to plant growth and absorption in the process, which takes 45-60 days. The composting process can achieve three goals, one is harmless; the other is humus; the third is a large number of microbial metabolites such as antibiotics, proteins and so on.
