Disc granulator machine is also called pan pelletizer. There are two types: closed type and open type. According to the needs of special industries, the machine material can be stainless steel. Disc granulator is an organic fertilizer production equipment in fertilizer industry, which affects the quality of the whole production process.
Disc granulator machine is composed of fixed bracket, disc, movable bracket, spray device and other components. The disc is supported on the movable frame through the central axis, and there is another ring track on the bottom surface, which is stuck on the idler. The motor and its driving parts are installed on the movable frame, which is hoisted on the fixed support. When the motor rotates, the idler drives the disc to rotate at a fixed speed, and the disc surface rotates at a corresponding speed.
Disc granulation machine is widely used in chemical industry for all kinds of materials with melting point less than 300 ℃, which need to be condensed and granulated. This paper introduces the necessary operation of the disc pelletizer before starting up when NPK fertilizer production line is running.
1. Before starting the machine, the temperature of the machine should be raised for about forty or fifty minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can pull the motor V-belt by hand until it is self-contained; pull it continuously for eight to ten times according to the normal operation direction. Then continue to heat up for about 10 minutes, and then turn on the machine, but continue to heat up, because the normal production demand continues to make up for the heat; according to different properties of plastic conditioning different temperatures.
2. During the normal operation of the pan granulator, the temperature of the granulator shall be stable and not high or low. The vent hole is close to each other until the temperature at the head is about 200 ℃.
3. NPK fertilizer should be fed evenly and fully. The feeding speed and feeding speed of the machine should cooperate properly. Otherwise, the quality and output value of particles will be affected.
4. When the granulator is shut down, the main engine should completely cut off the power supply. It is necessary to take off the plug (some with spanner). Warm up alone before next use.
