How to Process Powdery Compost in Organic Fertilizer Production Line

Composting is a kind of organic fertilizer made by composting and decomposing livestock and poultry manure with 10%-30% wheat straw, mushroom residue and other fibrous materials. Mature compost contains abundant nutrients and has long and stable fertilizer efficiency. It is also conducive to promoting the formation of soil solid structure, increasing the ability of soil to retain water, heat preservation, ventilation and fertilizer, and can make up for the deficiency of single nutrient contained in chemical fertilizer when mixed with chemical fertilizer.

Organic fertilizer production line can be made into powder compost by simple fermentation treatment. The value of composting has also been greatly improved, providing essential inorganic nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur and trace elements such as iron, manganese, boron, zinc and copper for plants. The compost processed by the organic fertilizer production line contains many kinds of organic nutrients and active substances such as amino acids, which can maintain the relative balance of soil nutrients.

The organic fertilizer production line is very simple to process powdered compost. The required organic fertilizer equipment is also very small, the equipment investment is small, and the production cost is low.
Powder Organic Fertilizer Production Line
Equipment of Organic Fertilizer Production Line: Hopper, drum screening machine, chain crusher.

The fermented compost is fed into the feeding hopper in batches, and the compost material is fed into the drum screening machine by belt conveyor. Qualified compost powders were screened out by drum screening machine, and other materials and bulk materials were reprocessed. After the compost is transported from the drum screener, it enters the chain crusher directly, and is crushed by the chain crusher into the fineness suitable for sowing, and finally the finished product is obtained.
