Preparation work before debugging the organic fertilizer drum screening machine:

1. After the installation and inspection of the organic fertilizer screening machine are qualified, it can be put into trial operation. Before trial operation, it is necessary to carefully check that all components are installed correctly as shown on the drawings, all fasteners are secure, and there are no obstacles around the screen body that hinder the operation of the drum screen.

2. Place the rectangular maintenance door in the open position and manually rotate the screening drum to observe whether the comb cleaning mechanism is stuck or rubbing. If there is any, adjust the bolt for adjustment.

3. Check that each bearing seat and gearbox are well lubricated, and the gearbox oil level should be appropriate.

4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, with good insulation and correct grounding.
