After the materials are processed into particles by the organic fertilizer granulator, they are sent to the dryer by the aging skin, dried by hot air in the downstream direction, and then sent to the roller screen for screening treatment by the outlet elevator after being completely dried. In the screening process, the fine powder with a particle size of less than 1 mm is directly screened out and sent back by the return belt for re granulation; Particles with a particle size of more than 4.75 mm enter the crusher for crushing treatment under the action of gravity, and then are sent back by the return belt for re granulation; The standard particles with a particle size of 1 ~ 4.75 mm are transported to the cooler, and the air is used to dissipate heat. After being cooled to a suitable temperature, they are sent to the packaging drum to mix with other auxiliary materials, and finally sent to the finished product storage bucket for packaging treatment.
