The roller press granulator production line is a set of very economical fertilizer production equipment. It is suitable for small and medium-sized fertilizer plants. The raw materials of roller press granulator are widely used. Ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, urea, ammonium nitrate and other fertilizers can be used for granulation.
The fertilizer enters the roller press granulator from the feed port, and the two rolls of the granulator rotate, and the material is subjected to gravity and flows between the two rolls. At the same time, the two rollers of the granulator rotate, and the two rollers produce extrusion force and friction force on the material. The material is extruded and crushed radially into a cake shape. After passing through the two rollers, the material falls and releases.
Possible causes of vibration in the production of roller press granulator
The vibration of the roller press granulator during granulation may be due to the high humidity of raw materials and poor fragility. When the moisture content of the raw material of the roller press granulator is small, the granulation has little effect. When the moisture content of raw materials is too large, the biting angle is small, the roll clearance is small, and the material passing volume is small. And if the material fragility is not good and the effect of roll pressing is not good, the vibration of roller press will be increased. We should pay attention to controlling the production conditions of granulator. The moisture content of raw materials should be less than 15%.
