The granulation equipment processes the mixed materials into standard granular form; rotary drum granulators and extrusion granulators are the mainstream choices, adapting to different raw material characteristics to achieve a high granulation rate and facilitate subsequent storage and application.
Drying and cooling equipment are crucial processing steps after granulation. Newly granulated materials contain a large amount of moisture, which needs to be removed by a dryer to a qualified standard to prevent mold and clumping during storage; the cooler then cools the high-temperature granules after drying, preventing granule adhesion and increasing granule strength, laying the foundation for subsequent screening and packaging. Both are indispensable and directly affect the stability of the finished product.
Finished product handling equipment is the end point of the production line, including screening machines and packaging machines. The screening machine separates unqualified granules, returning them to the granulation stage for reprocessing, improving raw material utilization; the packaging machine achieves quantitative packaging and sealing of the finished product, adapting to different specifications and ensuring that the fertilizer is not affected by moisture or scattered during transportation and storage.
The above equipment components are interconnected, forming a complete system for the NPK fertilizer production line. The absence of any one component will lead to production interruption or unqualified products.
