BB fertilizers are widely used in agricultural production due to their flexible nutrient combinations and adaptability to different crop needs. While the production process is not complex, it requires a set of specialized equipment to ensure the smooth progress of raw material processing, precise mixing, and metering and packaging. The core equipment can be divided into the following categories according to the production stages:

The batching stage is the core link in ensuring precise nutrient content in BB fertilizer production. The automatic batching system is the core equipment in this stage, enabling automated and precise proportioning and dispensing of various raw materials. This system mainly consists of raw material silos, feeding equipment, and an intelligent control system: different types of raw materials (such as urea, monoammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, etc.) need to be stored separately in independent silos to avoid cross-contamination. Level gauges in the silos monitor the inventory in real time to ensure a stable supply of raw materials.
Mixing equipment is the key equipment connecting batching and finished products, and needs to cooperate efficiently with the automatic batching system. The raw materials, precisely proportioned by the automatic batching system, need to enter a BB fertilizer mixer for uniform blending. This mixer has the advantages of high mixing efficiency and good uniformity, quickly and thoroughly mixing various raw materials to ensure consistent distribution of nutrients in the fertilizer, avoiding localized nutrient imbalances, and laying the foundation for the quality of the finished product.
Finished product metering and packaging equipment is the final stage of production. The mixed BB fertilizer needs to be metered and packaged before leaving the factory. Quantitative packaging scales are the core equipment, which can set the packaging weight according to requirements and automatically complete the processes of bagging, metering, and sealing. Commonly used are fully automatic granule packaging machines, which, when combined with conveyor belts, can achieve continuous transfer after packaging. In addition, some manufacturers will also equip auxiliary equipment such as sewing machines and palletizers to improve packaging efficiency and the convenience of subsequent warehousing and transportation.
In addition to the core equipment mentioned above, a BB fertilizer production line also requires material handling equipment such as conveyor belts and elevators to transport raw materials and finished products between different pieces of equipment. It also needs dust removal equipment to handle the dust generated during the production process and ensure that the production environment meets standards. A complete set of BB fertilizer production equipment can effectively improve production efficiency, guarantee fertilizer quality, and provide high-quality nutrient supply for agricultural production.
