Installation Site of Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s Dual-Line Project in Banjarmasin, Indonesia

Recently, the rotary drum granulation and extrusion granulation production lines exported by Huaqiang Heavy Industry to Banjarmasin, Indonesia, entered the on-site installation phase simultaneously. This project marks another milestone delivery for Huaqiang Heavy Industry as it deepens its presence in the Southeast Asian fertilizer equipment market; the two lines are co-located in the same facility, enabling the large-scale production of both organic-inorganic compound fertilizers and extruded granular fertilizers.

On-site footage reveals that the main components—including the rotary drum granulator, multi-stage belt conveyors, automatic batching systems, and the double roller extrusion granulation—have already been hoisted into place within the main workshop. Safety guardrails and multi-level operating platforms have been properly installed, and the equipment features a uniform color scheme and a compact layout. Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s technical team is collaborating with the local Indonesian construction crew, strictly adhering to export standards for every step—from foundation positioning and equipment leveling to pipeline connection—to ensure full traceability and quality acceptance for every process.
Located in the southern part of Kalimantan, Banjarmasin is a key production hub for palm oil and rubber in Indonesia. The region boasts abundant raw materials for organic fertilizer and a steadily growing local demand for granular fertilizers. Once operational, this dual-line project will significantly boost the client's supply capacity in the regional market while reducing long-distance raw material transportation costs.
