Advantages of NPK fertilizer production process in roll granulation

The following is a detailed introduction to the roller granulation NPK fertilizer production process.
In many compound fertilizer granulator machine, double roller fertilizer granulator is a dry pelletizing equipment which makes use of pressure to make solid materials form particles. The material is extruded by two counter rotating roller shafts driven by eccentric sleeve or hydraulic system. When the solid materials are squeezed, the air between the powder particles is first removed to rearrange the particles so as to eliminate the gap between the materials.
When the brittle material is extruded, some particles are crushed, and the fine powder fills the space between particles. In this case, if the free chemical bond on the newly generated surface cannot be quickly saturated by the atoms or molecules from the surrounding atmosphere, the newly generated surfaces will contact each other and form a strong recombination bond. When the plastic material is squeezed, the particles will deform or flow, producing strong van der Waals gravity.
In the last stage of extrusion process, the energy formed by pressure to the system forms hot spots at the contact points between particles, which makes the material melt. When the temperature drops and the material cools, a fixed bridge will be formed. The extruded sheet is 5-20mm thick and its surface density is 1.5-3 times that of the feed. The sheet is then chipped, crushed and screened to obtain the required particles.
