The first step of bio-organic fertilizer production line is compost fermentation, which is also a very critical process. Microbial agents are added to animal feces for bio-fermentation. Under aerobic conditions, microorganisms multiply rapidly and can decompose organic matter in the feces strongly. Under the action of high temperature microorganism, it can kill pathogens and eggs in compost, produce mineralization and humification, release effective nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements. Eventually, the compost was bio-fermented to produce harmless, odorless, disease-free and high-quality bio-organic fertilizer.

Deep processing after fermentation: raw material crushing, organic fertilizer batching, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, packing.
