The moisture content of organic fertilizer granulation should be kept at 25%-30%. Too high is easy to agglomerate, and too low is difficult to granulate. Pre-treated materials are easier to form stable particles in the drum, reducing the return rate. ​
Operation and maintenance require meticulousness. Before starting the machine, check the lubrication of each transmission component to ensure smooth operation of the bearings; during production, monitor the particle formation status in real time through the observation window, and adjust the feed volume and spray liquid ratio in time to maintain the best granulation environment. Clean the residual materials on the inner wall of the drum regularly to avoid scaling that affects the heat transfer and tumbling effect; inspect and repair gears, rollers and other components every quarter to prevent the speed from decreasing due to wear. ​
