Organic fertilizer raw material preparation
The main material of organic fertilizer is pig, cattle, sheep and other livestock manure, before fermentation, the material is broken, so that there is no lump in the material. The excipients were added with various crop straws, leaves, weeds, sawdust, mushroom residues, and crushed into 5 cm long fragments. Adding organic fertilizer starter to compost can decompose protein, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and so on. Organic fertilizer starter has high effective viable bacteria and strong degradability. It can also achieve the effects of heating, deodorizing, eliminating pests and diseases, weed seeds and improving nutrients. Under suitable conditions, carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sulfur in the compost can be decomposed and mineralized rapidly to form simple organic matter, which can be further decomposed into absorbable nutrients of crops.
Fermentation materials are continuously put into fermentation tank. The material is turned by the compost turner machine to increase oxygen in the material. At the same time, the purpose of water regulation and even stirring can be achieved. When the composting temperature rises to 60 ℃, turned over the compost immediately. When the organic matter is fully decomposed, the temperature of the material decreases gradually and stabilizes at 40 ℃, the composting is completed and the organic matter forms humus.
In the organic fertilizer after fermentation, the material with too large diameter can not be directly granulated, and it needs to be crushed before granulation. The crusher crushes the raw material into powder suitable for granulation, and then the material is processed for organic fertilizer granulation.
Mixing the crushed organic fertilizer can ensure the stability of product quality. The production of special fertilizers and various compound fertilizers requires the addition of inorganic fertilizers and trace elements, and the mixer can play a mixed role.
Drying and cooling
Particles formed during granulation are usually of high humidity, which is not suitable for direct storage and need to be dried. The dryer dries the fertilizer particles below the standard moisture content, and then the particles are cooled by the cooler. In the cooling process, the natural air is sent to the cooler through the duct by the fan to cool the materials. The particles can then be packaged directly.
