When the inclination angle of disc granulator is large, the movement range of the hollow area is narrowed due to the eccentric effect of the material in the disc, and then gradually deviates to the disc edge, or even disappears. When the inclination angle is small, the hollow area is close to the center of the disc.
2. The pressure effect on the adhesion zone of the sub-ball
When the inclination angle of the disc granulator decreases, as the range of motion increases, the squeezing force of the material in the disc on the adhesion zone of the sub-ball increases, and at the same time the arc length of the adhesion zone of the sub-ball is extended. As a result, the sub-balls are easy to adhere to each other, which shows that the material balls are easy to form. On the contrary, when the inclination angle is increased, the pressing force of the material layer on the adhesion zone of the sub-ball is reduced, and the arc length of the extrusion is shortened, and a material ball with a looser structure can be obtained.
3. The influence on the pressure of the ball at the bottom of the plate
In the process of fertilizer manufacturing equipment, the pressure of the ball on the bottom of the plate is also different when the inclination angle of the plate is adjusted.
