Drying and cooling stage: The drum fertilizer dryer uses hot air (60-80℃) to reduce the moisture content of the particles to less than 2%, and then quickly cools to room temperature through a cooler to prevent the fertilizer from caking.
Finished product processing stage: The cooled fertilizer is separated by a screening machine to screen out qualified and unqualified particles. After the qualified products are sprayed with anti-caking agents by a coating machine, they are quantitatively packaged by an automatic packaging machine. Unqualified particles are returned for re-granulation.
