The high tower NPK fertilizer production line produces high-quality fertilizer products with its unique technology, and its processing flow is distinctive.
Raw material pretreatment is the starting point. Strictly screen and purify the main raw materials such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium to remove impurities. For example, flotation, magnesium removal and other treatments can be carried out on phosphate ore to improve the purity of raw materials. Then, accurately measure the amount of various raw materials according to the formula.
Then enter the melting and mixing stage. Put the selected raw materials into a high-temperature reactor and melt them under high temperature conditions. By using a stirring device, various molten raw materials are thoroughly mixed to ensure uniform distribution of nutrients. During this process, precise temperature and reaction time are controlled to ensure that the chemical reaction proceeds fully and generates the required fertilizer components.
The melted material is transported to the nozzle at the top of the tower. Inside the tower, materials are sprayed downwards in a mist from the nozzle. At this moment, there is cold air flowing upwards inside the tower, and the mist like fertilizer droplets quickly cool and solidify during the falling process, forming circular particles. This unique granulation method gives the particles a hollow structure, a large surface area, and more uniform nutrient release.
After the particles are collected at the bottom of the tower, they enter the drying process. Although there has been some cooling during the high tower granulation process, further drying is still required. Using low-temperature hot air drying equipment to remove residual moisture on the surface and inside of particles, improving the storage stability of fertilizers.
The cooling process follows closely behind. The temperature of the dried fertilizer particles is relatively high, and they are quickly cooled to room temperature through air or water cooling equipment to enhance the physical properties of the particles and prevent deformation during subsequent processing.
The screening step is essential. Use a vibrating screen or rotary screen to screen out qualified fertilizer particles. Large and small particles that do not meet the requirements are separated separately, and the large particles are crushed and returned together with the small particles for re granulation.
Finally, there is the packaging and wrapping. To improve the moisture resistance and slow-release performance of fertilizers, coating treatment is applied to fertilizer particles. Afterwards, through an automatic packaging system, the fertilizer is accurately weighed, packaged, labeled, and the entire high tower NPK fertilizer processing process is completed.
