Selection of raw materials when building organic fertilizer plant

2020/03/04
To build an organic fertilizer plant, we must first determine which raw materials can be used. There are many raw materials for organic fertilizer. To select suitable compost raw materials, we must first understand the basic properties of various raw materials, especially the characteristics suitable for industrialization and commercial production, such as whether the source of the raw materials is widespread and stable, and whether the nutritional indicators of the raw materials meet the requirements of fertilizer production. Production, whether raw materials can mature quickly. Such as: poultry manure, crop straw, Chinese medicine residue, fly ash, bark sawdust, peanut skin, wheat bran, etc.

Compost fermentation is the first fertilizer manufacturing process considered in organic fertilizer plants. Generally speaking, the transportation distance of compost raw materials does not exceed 100 kilometers, so organic fertilizer plants should try their best to find suitable organic fertilizer raw materials locally. According to the amount can be divided into two main materials and auxiliary materials.
1. Main ingredients: animal feces, peat.
2. Auxiliary materials: crop straw, mushroom residue, fly ash.
raw materials of compost

After the selection, the raw materials are mixed and composted, and the materials are stirred with a windrow turner to increase the contact between the materials and the air. According to the nature, compost raw materials can be divided into carbon raw materials, nitrogen raw materials and regulator raw materials.
1.Carbon raw materials
Refers to raw materials with high organic carbon content. These raw materials can be used as the main raw materials for composting. For example, straw is mostly used as an auxiliary material to regulate moisture, c / n, and enhance the permeability of fertilizer fermentation. The use of rice husks should be minimized. Because rice husks are difficult to crush after fermentation.
2. Nitrogen raw materials
Usually refers to materials with a C / N value below 30. These materials can be used as main materials for composting, such as livestock manure, urban sludge, sugarcane sludge, etc., and some are used as auxiliary materials for regulation. High nitrogen raw materials, such as fish meal, rice hull meal, rice bran, peat, fly ash, etc.
3. Regulators and bulking agents
It mainly refers to the addition of organic fertilizers to adjust the properties of the raw material mixture, such as pH, humidity, texture, c / n, matrix structure and aeration.

Now, our factory provides a compost turner machine to ensure the smooth fermentation of materials. And provide NPK fertilizer production process and other fertilizer production equipment.
