1. Compound fertilizer ingredients: The main raw materials of compound fertilizer are ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, urea, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate and heavy calcium. These raw materials are formulated in a certain proportion (according to market demand and soil testing results in different places).
2. Crushing and stirring of raw materials: Before entering the fertilizer granulation production line, basic raw materials of various compound fertilizers should be crushed into materials less than 20 mm. After the material is crushed into powder by chain crusher, the prepared material is uniformly mixed by mixer.
4. Particle drying and cooling: The particles conveyed from the granulator are fed into the dryer and cooler, and the moisture contained in the particles is dried and rapidly cooled to room temperature. According to different process of compound fertilizer production line, drying and cooling treatment can also be omitted.
5. Screening and packaging: The dried compound fertilizer is sent to the screening system. The large particles and powder are sieved out. The large particles are crushed and returned to the granulation system with powders. The qualified granules can be directly packaged.
