What are the preparations for the operation of fertilizer pan granulator

Preparation before operation of fertilizer disc granulator:
1. Before the pan granulator is started up, the temperature should be raised for about forty to fifty minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can pull the motor V-belt by hand until it is free; continuously pull it eight to ten times according to the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about 10 minutes, and then start the disc pelletizer, but continue to heat up, because the normal production needs to continue to supplement heat.
2. When the disc pan granulator works normally, the temperature of the granulator should be kept stable, not high or low. The temperature of the head of the disc pelletizer should be kept at about 200 ℃ near the blowhole.
3. After the operation of disc pelletizer, the feeding should be uniform. The feeding speed and feeding speed of the organic fertilizer manufacturing machine should be matched appropriately. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and yield of particles.
4. When shutdown, the power supply of fertilizer pan granulator should be cut off completely. The end plug with wrench must be removed. Preheat separately before next use.
